SIBT School of ICT and Engineering has two parts which are complementary with a focus to equip students with industry-ready skills and knowledge for success in Kenya's competitive environment.
ICT being a pillar of the Vision 2030, the institution offers training that is geared towards practical training in areas such as software development, computer hardware and associated peripherals troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, computer networks deployment and maintenance, database systems administration & management, data capture, processing, storage, and security among others.
The ICT courses offered include short and long courses offering certificates and diplomas. We also offer basic ICT training to students undertaking other courses as majors to ensure they are equipped to execute their knowledge better. The ICT student will also benefit from the practicals within the institute as the school is required to extend its services to the entire college by facilitating all the ICT-related services such as internet connectivity, ICT support, and computers and peripheral & related accessories maintenance.
The Engineering courses initially offered by the School of ICT and Engineering are mainly complementary to ICT. As the school progresses, more courses are going to be included in the program leading to certificates and diplomas in various fields of engineering. Prospective students are advised to be looking into this page for the big announcement at a later date.

Mode of Delivery
The mode of delivery of the programs includes structured coursework, computer laboratory sessions, educational trips, and industrial attachment. The institution's objective is to produce Diploma and Certificate graduates who meet the market demand and also equip trainees with relevant knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to enable them to serve as professional ICT graduates.
