Code of Conduct

All students are expected to adhere to the following rules to ensure a respectful and safe learning environment:

  1. Maintain respect for all members of the institution, including students, staff, and visitors.
  2. Adhere to the institution's dress code and maintain appropriate grooming standards.
  3. Avoid any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
  4. Abstain from using, possessing, or distributing prohibited substances.
  5. Report to classes, workshops, and labs on time and participate actively.
  6. Use institutional resources responsibly and avoid causing damage to property.

Disciplinary Procedures

If a student violates the institution's rules, the following disciplinary process will be followed:

  • The incident will be reported to the Dean of Students or relevant authority.
  • The student will be given an opportunity to present their case before a disciplinary panel.
  • Appropriate actions, such as warnings, suspension, or expulsion, may be taken based on the severity of the violation.

Appeals Process

Students who wish to appeal a disciplinary decision can follow these steps:

  • Submit a formal appeal letter to the Dean of Students within seven days of the decision.
  • Attend a hearing with the Appeals Committee if required.
  • The final decision will be communicated within 14 days of the appeal submission.
